Connect your agents

1. Choose Add to Claude below. Claude opens with MemorySafe and https://memory.memorysafe.ca/mcp filled in (and a note that a link suggested it: this page). Choose Continue.
2. Choose Connect, sign in to MemorySafe and allow Claude.
3. By hand instead: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it MemorySafe and paste https://memory.memorysafe.ca/mcp.
4. The Claude phone app, and Claude Code signed in with the same Claude account, use the connectors you add here.

Free plan: one custom connector. Pro and Max: any number. Team and Enterprise: an owner adds it.

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
2. Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create.
3. Name it MemorySafe (MemorySafe Hosted if that name is taken), paste https://memory.memorysafe.ca/mcp and choose OAuth.
4. Choose Scan Tools, sign in to MemorySafe and allow ChatGPT, then Create.
5. In a chat, use + → More and pick MemorySafe.

Saving to memory needs Business, Enterprise or Edu (an admin may have to allow it). On Pro, ChatGPT can only use read-only tools, so it can recall but not save.

On Business and Enterprise, an admin adds the connector first. The Grok phone app could not add it when we checked; add it on grok.com.

Not possible yet

• Gemini app: Custom apps are only in the US, in English, on Google AI Pro or Ultra. Gemini CLI works everywhere (above).
• Perplexity: The Mac app takes only servers on your own computer for now; Perplexity says remote ones are coming to paid plans.
• Microsoft Copilot (personal), Meta AI, DeepSeek: No way to add your own tools yet.
